Service Cancellations and Refund Eligibility
Customers may cancel a scheduled project at any time. However, eligibility for a refund depends on when the cancellation is made:

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled project start date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit or any prepayment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the project start date will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable due to preparation and scheduling costs already incurred.

How Refunds Are Issued
If eligible, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation of cancellation and will be issued via the original method of payment. If the original method is unavailable, we may offer a refund by check or electronic transfer.

Returns and Merchandise (If Applicable)
Our primary services do not include retail merchandise, nor a physical product from Varadero Landscaping Corp.

Exchanges and Replacements
If a physical product is defective or damaged upon arrival (such as plant), we will replace it at no cost or issue a full refund. To initiate a replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item.

Chargebacks and Dispute Resolution
To avoid chargebacks and misunderstandings, we ask that you contact us directly if you have a concern about your project, payment, or service quality. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and professionally. Filing a chargeback without attempting resolution may result in denial of future service.

Fulfillment & Delivery Policy
Service Fulfillment

Services are fulfilled on-site at the location provided during the booking process.

Once your project is confirmed and a deposit is received, we will schedule your service within a mutually agreed timeframe.

Exact start dates may vary based on project size, weather conditions, and crew availability. You will be notified in advance of any delays or rescheduling needs.

Delivery of Materials

All physical materials (e.g., plants, soil, pavers, rocks, sod, mulch, etc.) are delivered by our team directly to your property as part of the project scope.

You are not responsible for arranging or receiving deliveries from outside vendors unless you opt to.

Timeframe for Service Completion

Project timelines are discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

Standard residential projects are typically completed within 1 to 5 business days, depending on complexity.

Larger or custom projects may require additional time, which will be clearly communicated in advance.

Format of Service Delivery
All services are provided in person by our experienced landscaping crew. We do not offer virtual, remote, or self-service fulfillment options.
Terms & Conditions
1. Services and Payment Terms
The Client agrees to remit a deposit no later than one (1) calendar day prior to the commencement of services. In the event of cancellation within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled service date, the deposit shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.

The remaining balance is due in full upon completion of the service.

Payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Failure to satisfy the outstanding balance on the final service date shall constitute a breach of contract, subjecting the Client to legal remedies, including but not limited to collections, litigation, and recovery of associated costs, fees, and damages.

2. Booking and Scheduling
All service dates are scheduled based on availability and confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Delays due to weather, site conditions, or client access restrictions may result in rescheduling, which will be communicated promptly.

4. Intellectual Property
